Our Mandate for Women Empowerment
At HDG, our mandate is guided by a threefold purpose to empower women and remove barriers to their advancement. We focus on breaking and reimagining the glass ceilings that prevent women from moving upward, addressing glass cliffs that set them up for failure, and fixing the “broken rung” that makes career progression unnecessarily difficult.
We are committed to equipping women to grow, excel, and lead effectively in the complexities of the digital age and the BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear, and Incomprehensible) world.
